Sorry to inform you but with this marks you cannot get admission in any medical government colleges. You have to score in a range of 430 to 450 marks under SC category to get a government college. Otherwise you can take a drop or apply in a private medical college.

To be eligible for a management quota seat a SC category student is required to score just 40th percentile that is equivalent to 113 marks.

So hopefully there is a fair chances for you to get a seat in any of the private medical college. It will surely depend on the availability of seats in each college. If seats remain vacant you will definitely be considered for a Management quota seat.
