Hello Lucky, Ram Manohar Lohia, was formerly known as Wellingdon hospital. After Independence, its control was shifted to North Delhi Muncipal Committee. Though later it was again transferred to Central Government of India, its Medical college will reopen from July 2019 with 100 seats and then upgrade to 150 for EWS seats also. For now though there is no information, RML college will start its function this year only.
