According to the eligibility criteria of MHTCET, candidates whose mother or father are domiciles of Maharashtra are eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. (They must possess domicile certificate).
You can check the detailed eligibility criteria using the link below-

Also, I would like to tell you that other state students are also
eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. However, such candidates will not
be eligible for government seats.

I hope you might have filled the application form, for preparation of the exam, You can enroll for the MHT CET Knockout to prepare for the exam more effectively and smartly using the smart study material (which includes chapter wise, concepts wise, most asked and most difficult questions), Advanced Test Series based on MHT CET Pattern (which includes unlimited chapter wise test, subject wise test and full mock test), adaptive time table, performance analysis (which includes Prepmeter, Strength Sheet, Weakness Sheet, Skills Graph) and Rank Predictor tool.

Hi Kiran,

To be eligible to fill the MH CET form, it is mandatory that the candidate is an Indian National. So, if he/she was born in India and then relocated to the Middle East for his/her studies then that will not be an issue. However, if he/she is a citizen of the Middle east then they cannot sit for the exam.

Please kindly read through the following article on MH CET that explains in detail the guidelines, important dates and eligibility criteria. It will help you understand the process better.

All the best!
