According to the eligibility criteria of MHTCET, candidates whose mother or father are domiciles of Maharashtra are eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. (They must possess domicile certificate).

Also, I would like to tell you that other state students are also
eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. However, such candidates will not
be eligible for government seats.

Hi Kiran,

To be eligible to fill the MH CET form, it is mandatory that the candidate is an Indian National. So, if he/she was born in India and then relocated to the Middle East for his/her studies then that will not be an issue. However, if he/she is a citizen of the Middle east then they cannot sit for the exam.
