Based on the cutoff of 2018 the minimum cutoff under state quota was ,

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad-493

The cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level , no of applicants, no of seats available etc

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend all the government medical colleges of telengana state have more cutoff then you said marks.

The cutoff for Telangana state government medical college under the state quota benefit and for unreserved category is around 520+ closing.

Dear Rekha Reddy last year in RVM Medical college 461 marks cut off for unreserved girl for A catagury seet, There is a chance for getting seat because Total 400 to 500 seats increased in Telangana.
