How Leishman's stain gets in to the WBC cells?

Leishman's stain is used in in microscope for or observing and identifying white blood cells and malaria parasites.

At first you have to repair dry blood film then cover this with the stain and left them for act for 1 minute. After this process you have to add 2x volume of distilled water into the slide and mix it. Now it is ready to be observed.
