Analysing cut off and opening and closing rank trends of previous years I am afraid to inform you that you may not get any seat for MBBS in government medical colleges through All India counselling despite of OBC category . As the competitions are very high and seats are very less it is often seen that a good student despite of scoring good marks fail to get a seat. Well you have mentioned your state Uttar Pradesh. Different states have different cut off trends. You must opt for UPstate counseling . But there also your chances are very less in government colleges .
