If you are not a domicile of Karnataka, You can apply for Karnataka All India quota seats in Government colleges & Private Medical colleges in Karnataka for Management Quota seats.

To register for Management quota seats in private colleges, You can apply for Karnataka website.

It is very late to answer your query, I hope you registered for the counselling successfully & checked the seat allotment and also allotted the seat in any of the medical college.
