Since you have scored 90 percentile in JEE mains January session for general category rank around approx 100000.based on the previous year cutoff and the closing ranks of various NIT and IIIT'S, it seems that you would not be able to get any core branches in NIT or IIIT'S.
don't get disheartened since you have still one more chance in the form of JEE mains April session, work hard and try to score as much as you can April session and try to get at least 94 to 95 percentile  to get any core branches in NIT'S.
