i just got first iteration results and i am in waiting list for pharmacy course at bits ...i got 167 marks in bitsat and last year cut offs were around 150 so should i apply for second iteration by giving the money ir not ?
Your BITSAT score of 167 is above last year's cut-off of around 150.While being on the waiting list doesn't guarantee admission, it indicates you're close to securing a seat.Candidates in higher positions on the waiting list might choose other colleges, leading to movement within the list.
By participating in the second iteration, you increase your chances of getting a confirmed seat if some candidates ahead of you choose other options.
There's usually a fee associated with participating in the second iteration. Consider if you are comfortable paying this fee given your current position on the waiting list.Explore other pharmacy colleges you applied to. If you have confirmed offers from good colleges, weigh them against the potential benefits of waiting for BITS.There is no guarantee you will get a seat even in the second iteration.
