Satyam, in my opinion, you should prefer NIT over any private college

  • LNMIIT is a good college but it is not comparable to any NIT.
  • It misses out on the NIT tag and low fees.
  • Also in terms of infrastructure Patna is a good one.

But I strongly advice you to take a good look at both these colleges and then decide for yourself.

Feel free to ask if you have any more queries.

Hope this helps!

All the best!

Are u really sure lnmiit is not comparable to any nit? Do u lakshi narayan mittal is the second richest businessman of India. Also there is no reservation quota, home state quota and management quota in lnmiit.

Nit Sikkim, arrunchal Pradesh, manipur, mizoram, nagaland and Sri nagar don't have permanent campus, have poor infrastructure and students are either killed by food poisoning or beaten by local people.

I agree nit tag matters a lot. But if you are getting a new nit then how can even a rich city  student survive there where hunger strikes of food is very often.

In my opinion, lnmiit intakes 240 students in cse which I see as a major drawback because only the best students gets placed and get good package and remaining students get poor package.
