Hello student yes you can appear in neet if you fulfill the eligibility criteria, as there's no upper age limit.

ELIGIBILITY - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board. For reserved category 45 percent is needed.
