A person who is free from any disease and disability or any physical and mental condition that can prevent him or her to treat any patient as a physician are acceptable to become a MBBS.
You obtain a Medical Fitness Certificate, you just have to file a application for the medical fitness certificate to the superintendent or equivalent administrator in any government hospital.
They will do some regular check up of yours like Blood group test, your height and weight, eye sight, etc. It is not so hard to get a Medical Fitness Certificate.
If you have any disability, carry your disability certificate with you for admissions.
Good Luck!

If you are a person with physical disabilities then you have to prsent the certificate of disability otherwise you can simply go for the counselling rounds you can varify your documents.
