The application form for Delhi University will be released on May 1st ,2019 .The last date to submit application form is yet to be announced by the authorities and will be announced later.

This applies to undergraduate courses like -

B.A , B.COM , B.Sc .

Hello Venkata, Delhi university generally release their forms after the announcement of result. For this year undergraduate courses any notificiation is not released yet. The tentiative date for the release is 15 may.
