Hello Raghvendra,

JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced.

EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.

As for your question, with your percentile and assuming that you are a general category aspirant, you should be able to qualify the JEE Mains exam an should be eligible for the JEE Advanced exam. Though sorry to say, but with these marks it would be extremely difficult for you to get admission in any NIT or IIIT. You might have a chance to get admitted in the lower tier NITs like Meghalaya, Agartala, Nagaland, etc. You should also try for GFTIs and other private colleges that take admissions through JEE Mains.
