Hello shubham

Yes definitely you can appear for ibps po exam, there will not be any problem in future because as per the eligibility criteria for ibps po, students those who are in final year of graduation can appear for ibps po. So work hard if you wanted to be probationary officer in the bank.

Good luck for your future :)

Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Hey Shubham,

Candidates in the final year of their Graduation Degree are not eligible. Candidates must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate of Graduation with the percentage of marks obtained while registering online.

The eligibility criteria for IBPS PO are:

  • Before applying for this post it is really necessary to check the eligibility criteria for this examination. A candidate must be 21-30 years of age while applying for Bank PO exam. Age relaxation of 5 years is given to candidates belonging to SC and ST. the candidates belonging to OBC categories are given an age relaxation of 3 years.
  • Apart from this, the minimum educational qualification of the candidate must be that of a graduate from a designated University.
  • A candidate must also not hold any criminal record. If found guilty, their candidature is likely to get canceled.

Hope that helps

all the best
