Yeah! There are numerous certification programs for the Block Chain Developer offered by different online course agencies such as UPGRAD etc. Apart from IIT Kanpur have a Certificate program regarding Block chain Developer. Now I would recommend you its better to go for a UG course like BTech CSE/BCA-MCA/BCA and do this along it. Only having a certificate will not provide you any job. So if you want employability either go for the course with specialization in Block Chain Development or just go for a correlated field and pursue it.
