What if I apply for NMAT and paid the registration fees but not paying the extra NMIMS fee . while then also I am able to give the exam?

The registration fee includes a maximum of 5 programmes/schools that a test taker may opt for. If the test taker wishes to apply to more than 5 programmes/schools, an additional fee as specified on the website will be charged.

So yes you will be allowed to give the exam.
