What is the syllabus for LLB at Krishna College of Law?
L.L.B. course is divided into six semesters. In the first semester, the curriculum includes Constitutional Law 1, Law of Contract (Contract 1), Family Law 1, Law of Crimes Paper 1, and Law of Tort including MV Accident and Consumer Protection Laws. The second semester includes Constitutional Law 2, Specific Contracts, Family Law 2, Company Law and Property Law. The third semester includes Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Labour Law 1, Public International Law, and Professional Ethics & Professional Accounting System. The fourth semester includes Law of Evidence, Law of Crime 2, Civil Procedure Code and Limitation act, Labour Law 2, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The fifth semester includes Jurisprudence, any three optional papers from Schedule A, Drafting, Pleading and Conveyance. The sixth semester includes the Principle of Taxation, Law, any three optional papers from Schedule A, Moot Court training and Internship, General English and Legal Language.
