The government colleges in Odisha are:
- Pt. R.M. Med. College, Baripada
- SLN Medical College and Hospital, Koraput
The cut-off rank in General Category are as follows:
- Pt. R.M. Med. College, Baripada: AIQR 8203
- SLN Medical College and Hospital, Koraput: AIQR 8180
More than worrying about marks, I suggest that you focus on the preparation for the exam. Check out this link for a few tips:

2. Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College (Pt. R.M. Med. College), Baripada

3. Sriram Chandra Bhanj Medical College (SCB MC), Cuttack

4. Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College (SLN Medical College), Koraput

5. Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VSS MC), Burla

Last rank eligible for Government Seat -

As per the provisional merit list released on July 21 post document verification of candidates by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Government of Odisha, the last General Category candidate to be shortlisted for admissions under 85% of state quota seats secured a NEET 2017 Rank of 5,90,833 which translated to a state rank of 3,244. Kindly note that the above indicated the last rank for which a candidate was eligible to report for counselling for the 85% state quota seats in the General Category for MBBS and BDS, and did not guarantee admissions.

Last rank which secured admission in Government MBBS seat -

DMET has thus far released seat allotment data for only two rounds of counselling, the second of which was released on August 19. As per the seat allotment data of the second round, the last candidate to secure a Government College MBBS seat in Odisha secured a NEET 2017 Rank of 15,482 which translated to a state rank of 559. Including the Green Card Holder Sub Category under General Category, the last rank to secure a Government College seat in Odisha secured a NEET 2017 Rank of 15,489, translating to a state rank of 560. Both of these General Category ranks secured admissions in SLN Medical College, Koraput. Although there is a possibility that a rank beyond 560 may have secured Government College admissions in the Spot Counselling round held in the last week of August (data for which is currently unavailable), it is advisable to aim for top-600 state rank to ensure your chances of securing a Government Medical College seat in Odisha in NEET 2018.

Hope this helps!
