I am pursuing BBA 3 Rd year now can I know the Universities for MBA ( Finance ) specialization which Universities are participating plz tell
Write your answer
To get into MBA program you have to appear for exams like CAT,XAT,CMAT,SNAP,NMAT,CET and IIFt.Every college accept different exam and has different fee structures for example JBIMS (fee 6 lac )accept MH CET scores and IIM (22 lac -14.5lac fee varies from iim to iim)accept CAT scores only.So it depends on you which college you want to get into.Every college has its own procedure and timeline for example NMIMS college application starts in july and once you register for CAT exam you indirectly apply to all IIMs.So if you mention specific details such as college, specialisation and location I can give you precise information. So it depend on preference such as fee, location and etc.If you tell me about your preference I can suggest you some colleges.
Hope I cleared your Doubt. All the best for future endeavour!!!
for Pursuing MBA in Finance there are many premier colleges both domestic and global as well. And to be specific finance is the prime branch for MBA.
If you are willing to do your MBA from a government institute then IIMs are the best choice to opt for. And for that you have to give CAT(Common admission test).
IIMs are also in different tiers, for example IIM ABC are in tier 1 whereas IIM ILK are in tier two and so on .
And there i another premier institute XLRI which belongs to the Xaveirs group and basically famous for HR.
hope this answers your query,

I want to do MBA in Finance but I don't have 50% in graduation so what to do for this , can I join this course?
Write your answer
Well the choice of field in MBA is probably the best, as Finance is a field in demand as of 2018. But the minimum criteria for CAT is 50+ in graduation. So I would like to tell that you are not eligible for CAT.
But you can try giving SNAP, MAT, CMAT which do not require 50+ in graduation. This can be your way towards MBA in finance.
but you need to study harder and also perform well in GD and PI rounds so as to increase your chances of getting selected in MBA college.
Wish you all the best.

I want to do MBA in Finance, but i don't have 50% mark in Graduation, so what to do this, can i join this Course ?
Write your answer
Majority of the B Schools in India offer a General Management Program. However, you can take up electives and hence specialise in a domain. Even though IIMs give MBA degree, they are of very high value. If you want to do MBA in Finance only, there are many colleges which offer such specialisation.
Colleges have their own admission criteria for taking you in the course. 45-50% in undergraduation should be enough to make it into the college. Once you get in, everyone has equal opportunity to excel and make his/her mark in Finance specialisation. So you can work hard and grab the best placement from there.
I believe it is fine to have 50% in graduation. You would be able to make it to MBA Finance with a good score in qualifying exam.

Got a call from BIIB Pune for PGDM Finance and from IPE Hyderabad for PGDM Banking, Insurance and Finance. What will be the best option ?
Write your answer
Both of these Colleges are among top b- schools. I'll provide you with the detail of both the colleges and you can decide accordingly.
BIIB, PUNE ( PGDM IN FINANCE )
It comes under one of the most trustworthy business schools in India. College consists of knowledgeable faculty with rich experience in their specific department. I know I say the right thing when I say that the college management and faculty teams are the essentials and backbone of this college.
College focuses on building up the passion and train them how to work under pressure. For this, the teachers take regular tests surprisingly or maybe knowingly, the sole purpose of this is only to enhance the efficiency of their students and make them dynamic to face any situation.
College is tied up with many companies that provide internship and pre-placement offer with starting stipend of Rs 6000. Company project studies for 2 months is also an essential part of the curriculum.
The important thing to note that the college provides hostel facility for the 1st year students and the 2nd year student shall look out for their own accomodation.
Highest Package:- 14 Lakhs
Average Package:- 6.5 lakhs p.a.
Fees:- 7.85 lakhs approx.
Top Recruiters:- ACC ltd, Accenture, Andhra Bank, ATT, Axis Bank, Bajaj Alliance, Amazon, etc.
IPE, HYDERABAD ( PGDM IN BANKING, INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES )
It is considered as the best affordable B-school which has facilities equivalent to some of the IIM's . Focuses on education as well as entertainment.
Facilitates placement of candidates in banks, Financial Institutions, insurance sector and other non-banking finance companies & for department.
College has tie-ups with different companies and providing highest stipend of Rs 22,000.
Highest Package:- 14 lakhs p.a.
Average Package:- 5-6 lakhs p.a.
Fees :- 8.15 lakhs approx.
Top Recruiters:- Tata consultancy services, capital first, KPMG, Deloitte, Axis Bank, State Bank of Hyderabad, Bank of Baroda, etc.
Both of the College has great infrastructure and provide great facilities, and the placement packages are also somewhat very similar. But according to me, there is variance in fees structure which is also a factor to consider while you decide for the College. So, as per my opinion I guess you should go for BIIB, Pune because the fees is comparatively less and the faculty is best as compared to IPE, Hyderabad. But again, the decision is at your discretion.
Hope this information helps, in case of any doubt, feel free to revert back.
All the very best!!
Have a bright future ahead.

Procedure of studying mba(finance) in foreign
Write your answer
First of all, are you asking about 2018 CAT? If yes, maximum of the colleges have closed their registration forms and you won't be to apply for most of them. Still, if you are interested to know about it, use the Pathfinder at Careers 360 website. Follow the link: https://bschool.careers360.com/pathfinder/cat
Now coming to the reality part, you won't be getting any "good" college with your percentile. There are some good B-schools in India that are well known for their finance domain. And they do not accept any marks less than 95 percentile. So, even if you are getting a college that would be below average for sure.
Let's come to the GMAT part. You need to score above 710 to get very good colleges. Irrespective of whichever country you want to study, you need to appear for GMAT. Having said that, you can also score above 630 and you would find good colleges. You need to apply to these institutes after getting your GMAT score. You will have the option of choosing up to 5 colleges immediately after you finish your exam and your scores will be sent to them. You need not pay for it because that would be covered in your GMAT registration fees. Apart from that, you have to apply to other colleges for which you need to pay.
Needless to say, it will be a costly affair. If you are ready to invest in it, please go forward. If not, kindly prepare for CAT 2019 and along with that do appear for XAT, IIFT, TISSNET, SNAP, NMAT, CMAT and MAHCET. The colleges accepting the scores of these exams are equally good. Please don't bother yourself with MAT again as most of the good colleges do not accept MAT score.
Hope this helps. All the best!
