Will the pattern of medical entrance exams change in 2017?

I am scoring 65% in 12th boards. I am dropping an year. I am worried if authorities will change the eligibility from 60% to 70%.

No, there is no such notification. Paper pattern and syllabus is same for NEET exam and the eligibility criteria is that student has to secure 50% average marks in P/C/B.
