The medical support facilities are available in and around the campus to tackle emergency situations. A doctor is appointed to look after the healthcare services of the university. In addition, the university has tie-ups with nearby hospitals to provide the healthcare support services to the students, faculty and staff members. Routine medical checkup programmes are also organized at the university campus.

The University has a library being the centre of attraction for students as well as faculty members. it is well equipped with books of different disciplines, a wide range of reference books, national and international periodicals, journals, magazines and a pool of research work of eminent scholars. The leading newspapers are also available for students to scan the environment to develop their general awareness. The transportation facility provided by the University covers various towns and villages in and around Satna & Rewa City. Buses of University board (at the time of departure from Campus) and de-board (after arrival at campus) the students inside the campus premises only. University buses are equipped with all safety devices i.e. GPS, to track the bus location, Route, Speed etc. and speed governor to restrict the speed of the buses as per the Supreme Court guidelines. Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit’s availability in busses ensure the safety measures.
