Apex Professional University Pasighat offers different scholarships for the benefit of the students. APU scholarships include the North East Scholarship, Post Matric Scholarship, Chancellor Scholarship for Girl Child, Scholarship For Defence & Their Dependents, Scholarship For Divyangan, Sports & Arts Financial Aid, Open Financial Aid and many more. Candidates availing of APU Pasighat scholarships must maintain a minimum 85% attendance and a minimum 3.5 GPA academic performance for the continuation of the scholarship. All Apex Professional University Pasighat scholarships will be given out for a specific year only, and they may or may not be provided in subsequent years depending on the student's performance in the qualifying year and the scholarship policy that is in effect at the time.

North East Scholarship	North East candidates must submit online applications for the Scholarship & Talent Reward Entrance Test (STaRT).
Post Matric Scholarship	100% Central assistance over and above the committed liability of the State Governments/UTs Admin from the Government of India.
Chancellor Scholarship for Girl Child	The financial aid offered to female students ranges from Rs.50,000 to 1,00,000. Additional financial aid depends on the type of degree program and the school to which the student is admitted.
Scholarship For Defence & Their Dependents	50% Tuition fee connection for Recipients of Gallantry awards and 30% tuition fee connection for Serving Officers.
Scholarship For Divyangan	The financial aid offered is approximately Rs. 1,00,000 during the period of the degree program. The exact amount of financial aid is dependent on the type of degree program and the school to which the student is admitted.
Sports & Arts Financial Aid	For Sports scholarships, candidates must have represented in sports or arts competitions at the state, national or international levels and must provide sufficient documentation. The financial aid offered is Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000 during the period of the degree program.
Open Financial Aid	Candidates who are not eligible for either merit-based scholarships or need-based financial aid can apply for open financial aid. The financial aid offered is Rs.50,000 to 1,00,000.
