The University has its own Training and Placement Cell which serves the purpose of assisting students in attaining placements. Students are prepared for the job markets through effective training programs based on communication skills and personality development. The University ensures students reach their utmost potential with constant support from the University to get placed. Stage 1: The Training and Placement cell prepares an annexure and forwards it to potential recruiters. Interested recruiters submit the annexure to University with necessary information.

Stage 2: The Training and Placements cell sets a date for campus interviews. They send a notice to students regarding eligibility criterias and salary packages offered by the companies. 

Stage 3: Students are required to qualify an exam which tests them based on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, English Proficiency, and more, after which they can appear for the interview. 

Stage 4: Students are then set for the round of Group Discussion (GD) which tests their communication skills, critical thinking ability, problem solving skills, presentation skills, and personality. They further proceed for technical round and HR round, where they are tested based on their field knowledge and potentiality. 

Stage 5: Students that qualify the exam, GD round, technical round, and HR round are selected for the job. Job offer letters are provided to selected students on the same day or in the next few days through the Training and Placement Cell.
