- Girls Hostel
At present, Assam Women's University has a fully operational hostel with 24x7 running water, electricity and other basic amenities. Each room is shared between two or three boarders. The rooms are well ventilated and adequately furnished with provisions for individual cupboards, tables, chair and bed. Moreover, the rooms have attached bathrooms and balconies overseeing lush green fields. The mess is centrally located and provides breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. It offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. The hostel premises also have a badminton court. Overall, the hostel offers homely comfortable stay.

Yea we have 15 departments. And we have a equipments to handle them. library is quite small though compared to the level a university should have. But we students have learnt to live with that. And this university is in it's budding state so , we will make it.
