IIITM Gwalior Admission Details: Eligibility, Dates, Application, Fees

IIITM Gwalior offers admission to courses at the UG, PG and doctoral levels. To apply for admissions, students must fill out an online application from the official website of the institute. For IIITM Gwalior UG admissions, students have to appear for JEE Main followed by JoSAA counselling.  However, for M.Tech courses, entrance exam scores of the GATE are taken into consideration and for the M.B.A admissions, students have to appear for CAT. While for IIITM Gwalior Ph.D admissions, the institute conducts an aptitude test followed by a counselling session.

Only 3 courses are offered by IIITM Gwalior at the UG level, out of which 2 are Integrated 5-year programmes. B.Tech is offered for a duration of 4 years.

• Candidates seeking IIITM Gwalior B.Tech admissions must apply by filling the online application form.

• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria need to appear for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) and secure valid marks.

• After securing valid marks in JEE Main, candidates need to apply through JoSAA counselling.

• During the counselling, candidates need to fill college choices and select IIITM Gwalior as the first choice.

• Candidates will be allotted seats for IIITM Gwalior admissions on the basis of JEE Main score during the counselling process.

• The process of admission will come to an end with the payment of IIITM Gwalior fees and verification of documents.

IIITM PG Admissions

The institute offers two courses at the PG level i.e M.Tech and M.B.A. IIITM Gwalior M.Tech course is offered in 4 specialisations while M.B.A is offered in 3 specialisations.

IIITM Gwalior M.Tech. Admission Process

• Candidates seeking IIITM Gwalior M.Tech admissions must meet the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates must fill the IIITM Gwalior application form released on the official website. 

• Eligible candidates have to apply and appear for GATE.

• The selection of candidates is done on the basis of the candidate's GATE ranking. 

• Candidates selected for IIITM Gwalior M.Tech admission need to visit the campus.

• Candidates need to complete the document verification and fee payment to secure admission.

IIITM Gwalior M.B.A Admissions

• Candidates seeking admission must fulfil the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates have to apply and appear for CAT.

• Applicants who have a valid score in the Common Admission Test (CAT) are invited for a round of group discussion.

• The GD is followed by a round of personal interviews. 

• Final selection is based on the score of CAT, group discussions and personal interview of the candidate. 

IIITM Gwalior Ph.D Admissions

Ph.D course of IIITM is offered in 3 specialisations and these courses are offered for a duration of 6 years.

• Eligible candidates must fill the online application form.

• Applicants will have to appear for an aptitude test conducted by the institute.

• The candidates who clear the test, have to appear for a round of counselling.

• The final shortlisted candidates have to visit the campus for verification of documents and payment of IIITM Gwalior fees.
