Every year a large number of university’s students get placed in private and public organisations. The training & placement (T&P) cell of the varsity is responsible for conducting BUEST placement drive smoothly. The aim of the T&P cell is to achieve maximum placements for students and for it also trains students. Industrial visits are organised to familiarise students with corporate work culture. To prepare students for BUEST placements, various personality development programmes are also conducted by the T&P cell. Soft skill training, behavioral training and aptitude training are provided to students. Every year various renowned companies like Wipro, TVS, Amazon, IBM etc. participate in Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology placements and hire students.
