About BHU Varanasi
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Varanasi is a central university established in 1916. BHU Varanasi offers 145 courses in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Medicine and Allied Sciences, Education, Science, Computer Application and IT and other streams as well as. BHU Varanasi admissions are offered to students based on their performance in the BHU PET. Among the Banaras Hindu University courses are B.A (Hons), B.F.A, B.Ed Special Education, M.A, M.Sc Statistics and Computing and many others. The specializations offered by the Faculty of Arts, BHU include Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, English, Japanese, German, French, Russian, Ancient Indian History Culture & Archaeology, History of Art, Philosophy, Linguistics, Geography, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc. It has a good learning environment, good faculty and assured placements. Placements: More than 80% of students got placed. The highest package offered is 11 Crores per annum by Google, and the lowest package was 2 LPA. My course is not a technical course, so there are no placement opportunities for this course.
There is no link for direct admission in BHU . You have to go through entrance examination but if Bhu call you for counseling ,then there is chance for admission through paid seat facility . In paid seat extra money is charged. If you can selected for regular seat , you have paid seat option .
