Step 1: The Placement Cell of Bangalore University invites companies to the campus for the recruitment drive. 

Step 2: After confirmation with the companies, the placement cell will provide important information like job details, etc., with the students. 

Step 3: Candidates who want to attend a particular interview can register their names and submit their resumes to the placement cell. 

Step 4: The placement cell will send the resumes to the organization. 

Step 5: Organizations can make a list of selected students by looking at their resumes. 

Step 6: On the day of the recruitment drive, a company can select the students as per its respective placement criteria. 

Step 7: This is the final step wherein the students are informed about their selection by the placement cell.
