The BIT Mesra placement cell has a Campus Recruitment Programme and relationships with recruiters from a wide range of industries. The placement drive of the college is conducted by BIT Mesra Campus Recruitment Programme. The placement cell at BIT Mesra works all year to invite top recruiters to participate in the recruitment programme. The programme interacts with many companies and industries throughout the country, with nearly 235 companies visiting the campus for campus interviews and has offered 1257 job offers in the year of 2021-22.
According to the BIT Mesra NIRF Placement Report 2022, 616 of the 719 eligible UG (4-years) students were placed, earning a median salary of Rs. 9,00,000, while 93 opted for further education.

OUR COLLEGE HAS VERY GOOD PLACEMENT RECORDS WITH AN OVERALL AVERAGE OF 12LPA WHERE THE AVERAGE OF CS AND IT BRANCHES ARE MORE THAN 18LPA AND OF CIRCUITAL BRANCH IS NEAR 14 LPA. THE PLACEMENT IS NOT GOOD FOR LOWER BRANCHES LIKE BIOTECHNOLOGY AND CHEMICAL.

PlacementsThe placements are very poor. You can only enroll yourself for the value of your degree as getting a tag of BIT, mesra is a big thing. Companies do visit the campus but the salary offered is very low with comparison to the fees
