The university provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The college has two well-equipped boys hostels with different sizes of rooms with 2 or 4 beds. The hostels ensure the comfortable living of the students by providing them with all the modern amenities such as kitchen, dining hall, reading room, television, indoor games room etc.

The college provides three girls hostels. The hostels provide all the modern facilities and amenities to its students such as water cooler, dining hall, kitchen, indoor games room, Wi-Fi facilities etc. The hostel is supervised 24*7 by a faculty member as wardens.

The library of the institute has a wide collection of books, magazines, national and international journals on Arts, Humanities, Sciences and Social Sciences. The KOHA Open Source Integrated Library System is used to automate the library. The library's knowledge collection is organised using the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) system. The library also has special Braille collections for blind students. The library functions on all the working days from 8am to 8pm.

The university also has good Wi-Fi connectivity and facilitates internet access to its students and teachers. The campus is totally Wi-Fi enabled with 40+ access points and 500 LAN points. The backup internet connectivity is also provided by Railwire broadband.

The institute has a well-equipped canteen which serves healthy and hygienic food to its students. The cafeteria serves a variety of dishes and remains open on all working days.

The campus houses Bank/ATM for the benefit of the faculty members and the students.

The institute has an auditorium that is used for a variety of purposes such as guest lectures, speaker sessions, cultural activities etc.

The university has a good networking for the alumni association.

Central University of Kerala also offers departmental based laboratories for the practical learning purposes of the students.

The campus has a medical clinic that provides first aid for the emergency purposes of teachers and students. All the basic health needs and medicines are provided free of cost from the medical clinic.

The college has multiple sports complexes for playing a variety of games such as cricket, football, volleyball, badminton etc. A separate indoor games complex is also present at the campus for recreational facilities of the students. The university organises various sports tournaments round the year in the campus.
