CEPT University facilities and infrastructure includes a separate hostel for boys. The CEPT University boys hostel consists of two buildings and is supervised by a committee comprised of members from the university administration, faculty, and student unions. The committee allocates rooms and seats and manages the development activities in the hostel campus. At present each block has a daily newspaper, phone, common room with televisions, gym equipment in one block, and a common canteen. The CEPT boys hostel is about a ten-minute walk from the CEPT campus. It consists of two independent blocks that can accommodate a total of 240 students on a shared basis. The CEPT Hostel Management Committee is in charge of the boys’ hostel.

CEPT University has two girls hostel on the campus premises. The CEPT University campus is at a 10-minute walking distance from the hostels. The rooms are shared (2/3 occupancy in each room) and have a total capacity of around 128 students. The CEPT Hostel Management Committee is in charge of the girls’ hostels. The CEPT University girls hostel is divided into two buildings and is overseen by a committee that includes representatives from the university administration, faculty, and student unions. The committee is in charge of allocating rooms and seats as well as overseeing the development of the hostel complex. Currently, each block contains facilities such as a daily newspaper, telephone, common room with televisions, gym equipment in one block, and a common canteen.

At CEPT University, students’ health is a priority. The goal of this SSO Service Unit is to improve the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of all CEPT students. The university provides health care, distress & emergency circumstances, and safety & security services to achieve this purpose. A team of doctors, psychologists, and food specialists conduct student health, counselling, and mentoring, which is significant activity at the SSO. In addition to need-based services, this Service Unit operates a Wellness Resource Centre, which hosts regular awareness and training events for students' overall well-being.

CEPT University facilities and infrastructure includes a library. It also assists faculty and students in enhancing the university's teaching, learning, and research experiences. The library is currently working on a three-year strategic plan. The university is responsible for the long-term stewardship of the library's resources, as well as the long-term viability of the technical, social, and economic models that support knowledge discovery, use, and preservation.

Lilavati Lalbhai Library has a huge collection of resources including books, bound volumes of periodicals, theses, and student reports. The library's reference collection includes essential books from each of the campus's five faculties. A growing selection of audiovisual resources on CDs, DVDs, and slides is also available at the library. The library has national and international publications that are subscribed to, both in print and online, allowing users to stay on top of the newest developments in their disciplines. CEPT University library facilities include an online public access catalogue, a reading room facility, CEPT library has membership with the British Library, a scanning facility for CEPT members, a dropbox facility to return the books and a photocopying facility in the library.

There are various sports facilities for students on the campus. CEPT University has sports equipment for games like cricket, soccer, basketball, football, netball and other games for CEPT students.

CEPT University facilities and infrastructure includes well-maintained IT infrastructure. CEPT IT Services supports all university activities with information and communications technologies. It is in charge of providing and maintaining high-quality infrastructure as well as guaranteeing that services are available at all times. A committee of information technology specialists and faculty members is in charge of creating a vision for CEPT University's IT infrastructure as well as extending the use of information and communications technology in teaching, research, and other university activities.

The university has a well-maintained canteen on the campus premises. Students and staff of the university are benefited by the canteen facility.  The canteen serves healthy and nutritious food to the students at an affordable price.

The primary purpose of the alumni office is to better engage with its 8000+ alumni to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between CEPT University and its alumni. The office will help alumni connect with the University and with fellow graduates through a wealth of activities, continuing education programs, online services, and alumni events around the world. Services of the Alumni office are free and open to all alumni.

The university campus is Wi-Fi enabled.  The university provides internet access through Wi-Fi connectivity to both students and staff.

CEPT University facilities include well-equipped laboratories in the university. CEPT Laboratory Services supports the University's technical education by providing labs such as structural, environmental, remote sensing, and transportation. GIS, as well as computer labs and advanced technology applications, are all available. Laboratories are an important aspect of university education since they allow for a lot of experimentation and creativity. One of the latest facilities is a building energy and performance testing lab.
