Centre for Environmental Planning & Technology (CEPT) University, Ahmedabad is a private university. It was established in 1962 by the Ahmedabad Education Society with the support of the Government of Gujarat and the Government of India. UGC recognised the CEPT university in the year 2007 under section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
