B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering
I got my son admitted to B.Tech EEE at Christ University's Faculty of Engineering this year. They are very systematic in their approach towards admission. I had a doubt in my mind like if I'm doing a mistake of getting my son into a fairly new college. But, I got to know that they have good association with foreign universities in US/Europe and industry collaboration with companies like FL Smith, Renault etc. The campus including hostel is awesome and maintained very well with hygiene. I have visited quite a few college campuses and they are nowhere near to Christ University's Faculty of Engineering in the aspect hygiene. Library is good too. Faculties seems to be very friendly with good motive. They have good play grounds too. The only problem is that the hostel doesn't have mess instead students has to pay and eat in the canteens. There are 3 canteens inside the campus and they seem to be better than the restaurants outside the campus. As far as the placement is concerned, they are very clear that they would provide all required education and facilitate for campus requirements and their motive is not placement as they are service oriented christian institution and their mission is not placement. I like this frankness in their 1st day of introduction session conducted for parents. Overall the campus has all the facilities that is needed for the students and I'm sure it will become one of the top 10 colleges, within next 5 years, in Bangalore. I'm happy that I have chosen a right college for my son and I'm sure that he would come out a well groomed engineering graduate in 2019. - Senthil Kumar
