It seems you have missed out to mention some details. Please mention the course you want to choose, your category and your home state. Since you mentioned your PCB aggregate, I'm mentioning the cut-off for B.Pharm. Analysing the previous year data, the cut-off lies between 85-90% for the general category. Hence, it is difficult for you to get a seat in B.Pharm with this aggregate. Yes, you can get direct admission into dibrugarh University for B.pharm course. There's no entrance test for getting admission into b.pharm but have a look a t Eligiblity criteria,

• Only the students having PRC of Assam are eligible to apply
• Must pass 10+2 with the subject PCB and English
• Selected candidates will be called for admission
• SC/sT students should submit the caste certificate
