DBRAU Agra Admission Details: Eligibility, Dates, Application, Fees

DBRAU Agra offers admission in the courses offered diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, postgraduate diploma, Ph.D and D.Litt level. The admission to all programmes will be done on the basis of merit, except for B.E/B.Tech, B.F.A, B.P.Ed, B.Lib.I.Sc, B.Pharma, M.B.A, M.C.A, M.F.A, M.Sc, M.Com and M.Lib.I.Sc courses respectively. Admission to these courses will be done through entrance tests conducted by Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra admission team. For the B.Tech course, students have to appear for the UPSEE counselling process based on the rank secured in JEE Main. For M.B.A. and M.C.A courses, students are required to give the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). 

Further, based on the requirements of the courses, students have to appear for a personal interview, portfolio or audition conducted by the DBRAU Agra admission team. Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra offers full-time courses to its students in all programmes.

Steps to Follow for Filling Dr BR Ambedkar University Agra Application Form

• Students need to visit the online admission portal of DBRAU Agra for admission in the desired course and register and fill up the DBRAU Agra application form.

• For the application form, students are required to provide their information such as personal details, educational details.

• Students are required to upload their latest scanned coloured passport size photograph along with other necessary documents.

• Students should provide accurate information or else admission will be cancelled in the future. 

• Students have to submit an application fee online for the course they are opting for admission in DBRAU Agra. The fee is non-refundable.

• After completion of the application form, take the printout of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra application form, admit card and payment receipt of the application form.

DBRAU Agra Admission in UG Programmes

Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra offers B.A.,  B.Com, B.B.A., B.Sc, B.C.A., B.E/B.Tech, B.F.A., B.Pharma, B.Com, B.Lib.I.Sc, B.P.Ed and B.Voc courses at the UG level. The student who has passed the 10+2 examination from a recognised board will be considered eligible for admission to the UG programme.

Dr BR Ambedkar University Agra Admission Process for UG Programmes (Except for B.Tech, B.F.A, B.P.Ed, B.Lib.I.Sc and B.Pharma Courses)

• Candidates have to register on the DBRAU Agra admission portal.

• Based on the marks secured in 10+2, a provisional list of selected students will be prepared and uploaded on the DBRAU Agra admissions portal.

• Next candidates have to take part in the counselling process of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra.

• Final admission will be offered to the student based on the marks secured in 10+2, participation in the counselling process, document verification and fee payment for the desired course in the DBRAU Agra UG programmes.

DBRAU Agra Admission Process for B.Tech Course

• Candidates have to register on the DBRAU Agra admission portal.

• Students have to appear for any national-level entrance test such as JEE Main.

• Students have to register on the UPSEE counselling process for admission to the DBRAU Agra BTech course.

• Students have to opt for Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra campus as their first preference in the UPSEE counselling process.

• The merit list will be prepared and uploaded on the UPSEE and DBRAU Agra website.

• The final admission will be given to the student on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and in JEE Main, participation in the UPSEE counselling process, choice filling made by the student, document verification by the DBRAU Agra administration and fee payment for the B.Tech course by the student.

Dr BR Ambedkar University Agra Admission Process for B.F.A, B.P.Ed, B. lib.I.Sc and B Pharma Courses

• Candidates have to register on the DBRAU Agra admission portal.

• Students have to appear for the entrance tests for the desired course conducted by the DBRAU Agra admission team.

• Based on the marks secured in entrance tests, a provisional list of selected students will be prepared and uploaded on the DBRAU Agra admissions portal.

• Next candidates have to appear for the selection process of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra.

• The selection process will be conducted at DBRAU Agra. Students have to visit DBRAU Agra for the selection process. The process includes a portfolio or audition of the selected student and a personal interview of the selected students conducted by the DBRAU Agra admission team. 

• For the B.F.A. course, students have to appear for a portfolio evaluation followed by a personal interview conducted by DBRAU Agra. 

• For the B.P.Ed course, students have to appear for the physical test followed by a personal interview conducted by DBRAU Agra.

• For B.Lib.I.Sc and B Pharma courses, students have to appear for the entrance test conducted by the DBRAU Agra admission team.

• Final admission will be offered to the student based on the marks secured in entrance tests, performance in the portfolio evaluation or in physical test and personal interview, document verification and fee payment for the desired course.

DBRAU Agra Admission in PG Programmes

Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra offers M.A., M.Com, M.B.A, M.Sc, M.C.A, M.F.A, M.Stat, M.Lib.I.Sc and M.S.W courses at the PG level. A student who has completed the UG programme from a recognised college or university will be considered eligible for admission to the PG programme.

Dr BR Ambedkar University Agra Admission Process for PG Programmes (Except M.B.A. and M.C.A Courses)

• Candidates have to register on the DBRAU Agra admission portal.

• Students wishing to take admission in M.Com, M.Sc, M.F.A. and M.Lib.I.Sc courses have to give the entrance test for the desired course conducted by DBRAU Agra.

• Based on the marks secured in the undergraduate programme or entrance tests, a provisional list of selected students will be prepared and uploaded on the DBRAU Agra admissions portal.

• Next candidates have to appear for the selection process of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra.

• Students have to appear for any state-level entrance test such as Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) for M.B.A. and M.C.A courses.

• Based on the marks secured in UPSEE, a merit list will be prepared and uploaded on the UPSEE and DBRAU Agra website.
