Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow offers admissions to students who meet the eligibility criteria and fill the online application form from the official website of the university. After filling the application form, candidates must follow the prescribed steps of admission. RMLNLU Lucknow admissions to the UG and PG courses are done on the basis of CLAT and CLAT PG scores respectively. After clearing CLAT, candidates will also have to appear for a round of online counselling. Admission to the Ph.D course is done on the basis of an entrance examination and personal interview. The university offers one course at each level. B.A LLB is offered at the UG level and L.L.M is offered at the PG level. The duration of the two courses is 5 and 1 year, respectively.

• Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates must fill the online application form.

• The university releases the cut-off for both the exams.

The university offers only one course at the doctoral level i.e Ph.D Law. It is offered for a duration of 6 years.

RMLNLU Lucknow Ph.D Law Admission Criteria

• Candidates seeking RMLNLU Lucknow Ph.D admissions, must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria. 

• Eligible candidates have to apply for admission by filling the National Law University Lucknow application form.

• Applicants have to appear for the National Level Entrance Test conducted by the university. 

• The Written Test shall consist of 70 marks. The Question Paper will consist of Objective Type Questions. 50% questions will be on Research Methodology and 50% shall be on the main Subject Specific.

• Candidates have to secure at least an aggregate of 50% in the entrance test to qualify the entrance test.

• Candidates who clear the entrance test are called for an interview. 

• Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the test and interview.

• Verification of documents and payment of the RMLNLU Lucknow admission fee is the last step of admission.
