Fakir Mohan University, Balasore has a training and placement cell that contacts companies throughout India for the summer training and project work of the students. A faculty member is looking after the FM University Balasore placement cell. Placement training like soft-skills training, technical aptitude, general aptitude, personality development training, group discussion, and mock interviews are provided by the Fakir Mohan University placement cell to train the students for placement.
