Girijananda Chowdhury University (GUC), Guwahati, is a state university established in 2022 by the Government of Assam. It is located in the city of Guwahati in the state of Assam, India. The university is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). GUC offers diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in various disciplines, including engineering, science, humanities, social science, management, and many more. In order to be eligible to apply for a course at GUC, candidates must take the relevant entrance exam, such as JEE Main/GATE/ GCUCAT/GPAT/ CAT/MAT or an equivalent examination.
