No, there will be no negative marking in the GITAM entrance exam. You will be given two marks for correct answers. The questions will be from physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology with maximum questions of 30, 30 and 40, respectively. The question will be 100 with a maximum mark of 200.

For undergraduate courses at GITAM University, you must have a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (55% in case of CBSE and ICSE) aggregate marks in 10+2 from a recognised central / state board (except open schools). You also must have qualified in GAT UG. For postgraduate GITAM courses, you should have at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination from a recognised University. You also must score obtained in GAT PG.
