The courses of Gulbarga University are offered at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The streams in which these courses are offered are sciences, commerce, engineering & architecture, humanities & social sciences, law, computer application & IT, management & business administration, education, mass communication & journalism, hospitality & tourism, medicines & allied sciences, animation & design. Based on your marks, your overall percentile ends up around 91.08 - 91.58 and your AIR may end up somewhere around 133550 - 165700 considering difficulty of the paper to be moderate. As you haven't mentioned your caste, I assume you belong to General category .
Based on your expected score, it is less likely for you to get admission to MBBS at Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi.
