Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi has a dedicated Training and Placement cell that offers career guidance and other facilities to the students to ensure that students get optimum opportunities regarding their careers. The GGSIPU placement training consists of several training sessions, seminars, lectures, etc. to help students in securing a job. The IP University placement cell also helps students in securing internships. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Placement Process
Students have to register on the Training and Placement website during their first year of college and are advised to visit the portal frequently for updates. Also, they have to keep updating their semester results as well as their resume on the site.
During their sixth semester in college, students are required to get their qualifications as well as other documents verified by the placement cell.
Students who are eligible can apply for the jobs during the placement season.
Companies participating in the placement drive can access the resumes of the students and shortlist them based on their qualifications, past experience and academic achievements.
The GGSIPU Placement cell notifies the shortlisted students about the further selection process.
After several rounds, selected candidates are notified about their selection by a company.
