Every educational institute should have a placement and guidance cell to help the student prepare for interviews with different companies, visiting the college campus for hiring fresh graduates.
Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya placements are managed by the Corporate Affairs and Outreach Cell (CAOC). The campus is visited by top fortune 500 companies who offer an excellent annual package to the student after he/she has successfully cleared the interview rounds. There are various steps involved in the selection process.

The cell also attaches the required documents like Placement Brochure and letter of invitation along with the mail. The organization, according to its requirement, will accept or reject the invitation.
Stage 2: The interested organizations will accept the invitation and revert to the CAOC, mentioning their terms of recruitment and the designation of the candidate. Other important data regarding recruitment may also be included in the confirmation e-mail. The company will visit the campus during the placement drive and hire eligible candidates.
Stage 3: A notification will be passed by the Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya regarding the placement drive along with the name of companies that will be present at the campus for recruitment. Interested candidates will submit their applications along with other requisite documents. Candidates should also check their eligibility for the required post if mentioned by the organization.

A seminar is held by the CAOC in order to address doubts or queries of the candidates regarding the placement process after the schedule is prepared.
Stage 5: Candidates will have to clear various rounds during the interview like HR round, Group Discussion round, Aptitude Test round, etc., to be eligible for the final selection.
Stage 6: The selected candidates will be sent their daily tasks and the annual CTC. If the candidate is unhappy with the offered package, he/she can reject the job offer and apply elsewhere.
