IIIT Sonepat is one of the IIITs established in 2014 under the mentorship of National Institute of Technology, NIT Kurukshetra. Presently, it offers only undergraduate technical programmes in B. Tech. in two disciplines, Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT). The intake of the institute varies of the two programmes, it was 82 for the academic year 2019 and 114 for the academic year 2020.
The IIIT Sonepat courses are conducted for a duration of four years. The curriculum is divided into eight semesters which includes various collaborative projects for the benefits and long-term interaction with the industry. The curriculum has been drafted in such a way that helps to develop the human potential to a great extent so that intellectually capable and imaginatively active leaders can be produced.
IIIT Sonepat fee structure is Rs. 5.59 lakhs for its B. Tech. for four years.
IIIT Sonepat Admission to Undergraduate Programmes
The admission to IIIT Sonepat undergraduate B. Tech courses is made on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidates in JEE Mains followed by online JOSAA counselling procedure for the seat allocation. Therefore, it is necessary for the candidates to obtain a decent rank in the JEE entrance.
The admission to IIIT Kilohrad undergraduate courses 2021 will start once JEE Mains exams are done.

Infrastructure of IIIT Sonepat includes all basic facilities and equipment.We have fully air-conditioned lecture halls with projector and screen . Lecture halls are spacious and ventilated,with a seating capacity of 80 students.There is one computer lab , which has seating capacity of 80 students and well maintained desktops and laptops. Hostel rooms are spacious,ventilated and have 2-way sharing. There is one mess for all , it is spacious,hygienic and food is satisfactory.

Iiit vadodara is much better than iiit sonepat for cse in every aspect. In infrastructure, facilities, faculty and placement.
Facilities offer in iiit vadodara is more in compare to iiit sonepat .
Talking about placement so iit vadodara have better placement than iiit sonepat . 97%of student get placed in iiit vadodara while it is 82%in iiit sonepat..

According to my research the order of. Preference in these three IIIT COLLEGE IS AS FOLLOWS
1.IIIT GUWAHATI
2.IIIT SONEPAT
3.IIIT VADODRA
IIIT GUWAHATI I put on top because it's growth, placement and location is much better than remaining two.so you can fill your opinion according to this order of preference in councelling.

As per your question, according to your given colleges you may best figure out any good college by simply comparing their placement package and study life. So as per all of the three colleges:-
1) IIIT sonepat:-
They have good infrastructure as well as good professors to shape you. As per placement side they have an average placement packages of 8 LPA and highest package of 40LPA . Companies like OYO, IBM, Amazon etc came here for recruitment.
2) IIIT sri city :-
They have good professors as well as good infrastructure. They have an average package of 6 LPA nad highest package of 21 LPA. companies like IBM, L and t, HSBC etc came here for recruitment.
3) IIIT vadadora:-
They have an average package of 11LPA and highest package of 36 LPA. Companies like TCS, Adobe, l and the came here for recruitment.
So as per this comparison as per my opinion based on placement iiit sonepat have an edge on iiit vadadora so you should go with iiit sonepat. Otherwise iiit vadodara is not bad a bad option for you.
