IIIT Sri City Cut-off - Previous Years Trends with Opening & Closing Rank for all Courses

IIIT Sri City, Chittoor utilises JEE Main results to determine the cut-off ranks to grant admission to the new batches. The All-India Counseling Authority looks after the allocation process, where IIIT does not have a role. It is a procedure which goes on for approximately 4-5 rounds before the final selection is done.

·         JEE Main examination: the difficulty level of the paper decides, whether the cut-off would more or less.

·         The number of applicants: the number of applicants determines how high the cut-off should be.

·         Seat availability: The numbers of seats with the number of applicants are in direct proportion, to determine a cut-off for college.

·         Previous year’s cut-off: The cut-off ranks of the previous year is also a factor which affects the cut-off ranks of the subsequent year.

The cut-off ranks for the year 2019 have gone up when compared to 2018. In the year 2018, there was no category for EWS and OBC PWD. However, in the year 2019, they introduced the followings for students of these categories place for themselves.
