Presently Indian Institute of Information Technology, Vadodara is conducting their classes from Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar. It offers undergraduate (B. Tech). postgraduate (M.Tech) as well as doctoral (PhD) programmes in Science and Engineering.
Admission to undergraduate programmes
IIIT Vadodara Courses include undergraduate technical programmes in two disciplines, Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) with an intake of 276 in the academic year 2020. The fee for B. Tech. programme for 4 years is Rs. 6.31 lakhs.

The candidates should have qualified GATE to get admission in IIITV M. Tech programmes followed by CCMT counselling.

Admission to doctoral programmes
IIIT Vadodara Courses also include P.hD programmes in various fields- IoT, 5G Communications, Wireless Communication Network, Embedded Systems, Computer Vision, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information and Network Security, Cloud Security, Distributed Systems, Computer Networks, Game Theory, Blockchain, VLSI Designs, Embedded Systems Designs, Hardware Security, Computer Architecture, Approximate Computing. The duration of these courses is 5 years.
The admission to Ph.D is made not only based on past academic performance but also based on written test and interview conducted by IIIT Vadodara.

College Infrastructure
Well, you may know IIIT Vadodara is established in 2013 and doesn't have its own campus till now. Then where are classes going? Our classes are going at GEC Gandhinagar (Government Engineer college). Where are our hostels? Our current hostel is in sabar institute of technology which is around 30 km from Gandhinagar. For permanent campus we have to wait for 5 to 6 years.

IIITV does not have its own campus you will not find all infrastructure and facility here and classes are for first year held in sabar institute of technology where you will not find so much facility. Food is hygienic and food quality is good.

This institute dont has its own campus the academic related activities are performed in the rented GEC campus block and the hostel student resides in the rented institute which is Sabar institute of technology.

Hello Aspirant,
IIIT Vadodara ICD does not maintain a continual building in Gandhinagar. Special places are reserved for a hostel establishment.
The hostel has been organized in a large residential community. It possesses 2 BHK and. Â Â 3 BHK apartments which house 5 and 7 students respectively.
Apartments are ample and occupy a store and kitchen which can be used for storage. This hostel is about 16 km off from the Institute.
Transportation is furnished for students to trip between the hostel and the university. The hostel is served with a good food facility administering veg and non-veg food.
IIIT Diu does have a hostel that has a student capability of 546. The facility is prepared, but some chores are in development.
The uncertainty of work is due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the hostel would be accessible after the educational term starts in the offline method.
