The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi has concluded IIM Ranchi Placement for the class of 2020-22. The season’s placement drive witnessed a significant rise in the packages offered to students enrolled in the MBA programme and IIM Ranchi MBA-HR programme. Altogether, the IIM Ranchi campus got to host 91 recruiters for a graduating pool of 300+ students. The highest and average package offered in the IIM Ranchi MBA placements 2022 were INR 32.21 LPA and INR 16.17 LPA.

IIM Ranchi has also completed summer internship placement for the batch of 2021-23. 186 companies visited for the Summer Internship placement, offering stipend as high as INR 3,50,000. Starting off their MBA BA programme on campus, the first-ever batch has seen interest from around 27 recruiters. 35 students are enrolled in the class of 2021-23. The highest stipend for the IIM MBA BA Programme was INR 2,43,920.

Packages received by students in the IIM Ranchi MBA Placements 2022 have gone up across domains, where the strategy and consulting domain has the highest package of INR 32.21 LPA. Other domains, such as IT Analytics and Sales and Marketing, were close to the highest CTC with INR 30.79 LPA and INR 26.12 LPA, respectively. Almost every other domain has seen an increase in the highest and average CTC offered compared to the previous year.
