• The candidate must meet the IIT BHU Varanasi eligibility criteria.

• The candidates must appear and qualify  GATE or GPAT/NET-LS/CSIR/UGC NET JRF/ICMR JRF/DBT-JRF/DST-INSPIRE fellowship. 

• If the candidate does not appear for the above mentioned examination, then he/she should attend the written test conducted by the college.

• Then the shortlisted candidates must attend the personal interview.
