Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay offers a total of 227 courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. IIT Bombay courses are offered in full-time mode only. IIT Bombay UG courses include B.Tech, BS, B.Tech M.Tech and B.Des. Similarly, M.Tech, M.Sc, M.B.A and M.Sc Ph.D are the IIT Bombay PG courses while Ph.D is the offered doctoral course. The streams in which IIT Bombay courses are offered are Engineering and Architecture, Computer Application and IT, Sciences, Animation and Design, Commerce, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and many more.

College infrastructure, facilities and equipment in this campus are one of the best in country. Smart classes, best in class gym, music room, playgrounds, big mess area, well maintained laboratories, a big library. You name it they have it. Also, there were spaces for accomodation for students coming from different cities.

The college infrastructure is very beautiful with world class sports and academics facilities and equipments. All classrooms are AC equipped with Monitor and projector facilities. The labs are fully functional and one of the top labs in India. The campus is filled with sports places where you can play sports like Cricket, Badminton, Basketball, Snooker, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis etc. Each hostel has a dedicated canteen which follow complete hygiene and provide delicious food.

There is no concept of getting a free seat in IITs . You need to clear jee advanced to get into these colleges . And you need to be under atleast 2-3k to get a good branch in these IITs in these colleges.
The cut offs although varies a bit depending upon the certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the paper.

You must achieve a rank of at least under 1000 in order to be admitted to IIT Bombay.
You need to achieve an AJEE Advance rank of roughly 65 to be admitted to IIT Bombay's top branches, including as engineering and computer science.
You need to have a JEE rank of roughly 300 in order to be admitted to the Electrical Engineering strea m.

With a rank of 29, it's highly likely that you will get a seat. As there are 105 seats across IIT-G, IIT-B and IIITDM, chances are high that you will secure a seat.
