IITB has the best infrastructure, providing an excellent academic and research environment for students and faculty. Spread across a sprawling 550-acre campus in Powai, IIT Bombay has a beautiful and vibrant campus with state-of-the-art buildings and hostels.

The teaching focuses on in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in the chosen branch and provides various research opportunities to the students as well.

The institute has a dedicated placement cell that facilitates the pre-placement talks, interviews, and mock tests. Many world-renowned companies hire almost 95% of students from IITB. Students also get many internship opportunities in their third year.

My college has all necessary infrastructure. We have facilities for any sport you can think of. We have a separate building dedicated for library purposes. Although hostels are old, cleanliness is maintained.

I am currently a undergraduate at IIT Bombay. I am doing my major in Aerospace Engineering at IIT Bombay. I have a major interest in knowing everything about things that fly especially launch vehicles. I feel the current curriculum is good but some changes can be made to make it the best.

Their are huge opportunities for a student at IIT Bombay, be it in core or non-core sector. As long as my department is concerned around 80-90% of the students are placed both in core and non core companies.

Fees: 2-2.5 lacs / year . I feel I have taken an informed decision. Because IIT Bombay has clubs for anything you can think of (tech and non-tech) Which help me follow my hobbies and interests. On an overall basis I am getting my money's worth.

This the thing I am Missing the most. I have never visited my campus due to covid 19. But can assure you that the campus life is outstanding. We have respective task forces created for all sorts of emergencies.

I am very happy to join iit Bombay. It has exceeded my expectations. It provides tremendous opportunities in various fields, from sports to cultural to tech. A lot of care is taken regarding the students mental health by introducing some bodies which provides student mentors who are non other than your seniors. The junior - senior culture in IIT Bombay is insane. You need any help just call any of your senior.

Ofc it is IITB ,the most demanded Engineering college in the country so undoubtedly it has brilliant infrastructure,equipments and facilities. The classes are airconditioned and they are absolutely huge the Main lecture halls where lot of students attend class. There are facilities of board and projector in the class.Food is somewhat hygenic.Wifi,labs ,libraries are absolutely out of the world.Sports center is well maintained too and there is healthy competition of sports too.

I am currently pursuing Btech in Computer Science and Engineering in IITB.I chose because firstly I have interest in computers and coding.Secondly it is the most demanded batch in the whole country. Every JEE qualified student in their first choice in JOSAA gives IITB CSE as the first choice.Yes the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent development.Yes the study is more than enough for getting a good job.

Quality of placements is one of the best in our college considering the brilliant alumni base and the reputation of the college.Almost 92 percent of the students were placed and the highest salary package offered was 1.8 Cr(international) and it went to CSE department.The average CTC offered was 20.08 Lakh.

each semester costs 1 lakh as tuition fees and around 37k as hostel fee.The money is worth it because the quality of education is quite good and moreover the level of competition is so high that you are bound to study and prove yourself. Moreover most students are from middle class and they always have in mind the amount they are paying and are determined to study.

Practically I have never been to college so cant say my own experience but what seniors said :IIT campus life is one of the best and the main reason behind that are the group of friends that make each and every moment memorable.It is located in Powai and it is absolutely safe and surely can handle emergencies.

Yes, My Collage provides all types of necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment.Our collage provides many facilities like Digital Classrooms, Virtual Attraction through teachers, wireless Fidelity, a well organised library for students and so on maintained and managed by incharge of our collage with the best of his knowledge. All the areas in our Collage are neat and clean and our Collage hiers many of the workers to maintains and clean the classrooms, campus and ground area too.

I am Studying Btech at Computer science and engineering. Quality Of teaching in our college is very awesome. Yes Our college is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Our Btech Study and many of the training done by me makes me ready for job..

Many Big Companies like Tesla, Apple India Offers placement of students. There are a large Numbers of students even 70% to 80% are offered by placement every year. They offers a maximum salary of 14,00,000 p.a. Average salary offered to us is 8,00,000 p.a. And our collage is also supportive for our Placement.

College is fully furnished, fully wifi equipped, along with a huge library and a totally modern gymkhana and lush green field. The food is vivid and diverse and the quality is pretty well for a hostel.

The curriculum is pretty well updated, and teachers are pretty qualified. Although I think a bit more practical knowledge will be fine. Except that the curriculum is pretty advanced and diverse. It's really relatable and easy to understand.

Superb placements. Almost all the companies come for placement. The placement varies from 8-9 lpa to 98 lpa. And the top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Jaguar, Tata, Mercedes etc.

The course costed 2,28,000 per year for 4 years. And it was worth it

College campus is beautiful, and college life is vibrant and full of energy. With plethora of activities going on at a time

The necessary infrastructure and facility for a classroom was always there such as wifi, lcd projectors, and smart boards . The campus was fully connected to internet with wifi facilities wherever necessary. All Hostels and sport centers are equipped with computer center and gymnasium respectively. All the places are well maintained and clean. For food, each hostel has their own messing facility with hygienic food. During odd hours also one can get food inside the campus.

I was a research scholar pursuing my doctoral studies. I choose the topic of research as solar cells because that has scope for both academic and applied research. The courses I took from across the departments like energy sciences, material sciences and engg , so there was always available option for your choice and the curriculum was update.

Placement for research scholar was there with specific branch only. There were couple of companies visited campus especially for our branch, however not many takers as research scholar opt for postdoctoral research preferences to go abroad to enhance the research skills rather than getting employed right away.

The courses cost was around Rs25000 per year and the kind of facilities we availed was worth the money. The infrastructure in the department was adequate, however if a specific facility not available for test or research purpose, there was central facility available to students , who can avail it as per the queue.

Campus life is one of the best in terms of vibrant student community, teachers knowledge and outlook. All teaching and non teaching staffs are very much supportive and student friendly for sure. As per communication/transportation , it's one of the best location from the nearest railway station and international airport. Apart from that the scenic beauty of campus is unmatched as two lakes and hills surround it. Student activities varies from societies like astronomy, robotics, NSS, science etc.

The library facility is one of the largest and unique in terms of digital and paperback volumes. Apart from that the technology festival of the institute is one of the largest in the country which attract many tech companies to showcase their products. In addition to that if one interested to form a startup company, this is the right atmosphere to begin with.

The infrastructure of the college is one of a kind, a rustlung campus with rich flora and fauna setting the environment for studying. Great labs equipped with world class facilities, and to put a cherry on top excellent sport facilities.

Academically, IIT B is the best institute in the country with its rich variety of professors who specialize in every field and have god-level knowlede of their fields. It really makes you more enthusiatic about learning.

The Placements at IIT-B are astronomical, with >20 LPA as average and even more for CSE and EE, IIT-B boasts to be among india's best college in terms of placements(perhaps even the best)! Its due to this that every penny you spend at IIT-B, you'll get back 10x.

The infrastructure of the college is too good. It is well equipped with all the necessary and also sone luxurious things. All the classroom are well maintained and have centralized air conditioning and a very good wifi connectivity. As well as all campus area is neat and clean and all the parks and sport area area are well maintained

The placemenrs at IIT Bombay are excellent. The process for applying is well monitored and excuted properly. While in the placement most of the high rank companies come. I don't the exact stats but both the average salary and highest salary are too good.

Well it cost almost 1 lakh wich include all the academic and other facilities available at IIT Bombay and it also include the hostel fees. Definitely it worth of spending this money here, because I feel all the facilities we get are pretty good and the cost for it is not too much it is ok. Campus Life

The campus life is most beautiful part of the college. Due to presence such a huge and beautiful campus the life is full of joy. Apart from these there are too much fun is going on in the form of fests, dj nights, parties, workshops, clubs, and many more other activities in each field, hence the campus life is literally lit.

I feel it is the best college, anyone can dream of.

Its the most resourceful institute of India and there is vast majority of laboratory instruments, well equipped lab and 24×7 electricity facilities are there. The hostel and mess facility are one of the best. Overall environment is very educative.

I'll say academic wise there masters programs are bit hectic but as my mentor says there is 1st semester of any any IIT is bit difficult but later on it can be handled. One thing I want to add, there are quite good amount of professor, they are well qualified and always eager to help students in any manner possible and also they also wanted to pass the information to next generation in any manner possible.

I would say like if you want to get placed, you will definitely get. But there is nothing like spoon feeding there will be all the resources available and you have to grasp them and have to make them allign towards interest.

This college form masters programs take you penny but return in form me certain k and if you get placement in good company your package will be in million Lpa.

This is one of the best college to enjoy your campus life. Best environment best peers, overall full of joy fullness.

yes our college have all the necessary infrastructure from hostels to students to residential are to the staff. We are also provided with other facilities like gymkhana ground, a swimming pool and many indoor courts. College Wi-Fi is available through out the campus, the classrooms are enables with projector boards. We have a library with offline books and online materials. Hostel area is maintained by the Student bodies supervised by the staff of the college.

I'm a CSE undergrad and I'm more than satisfied by the curriculum of our department. We are mentored by world class professors who have years of experience. Our Curriculum is updated recently in 2013 but the course is dependent on the professor who undertook the course.

The last placement season has seen some of the top companies like Microsoft, adobe, Goldman Sachs, oracle etc. But the overall scene was not so good due to the pandemic. More than 90% of the participated students got placed in CSE. Average package offered is somewhere around 15LPA CTC.

Over 2 lakhs tuition fee and I feel like it is worth every penny of it. The course content aims to deliver content in a very engaging manner.

Best about the campus life is the friends. There are many clubs and activities one can engage in college. Everyone is super friendly in college. Campus is located beside a lake and a hill. There were leopard sighting almost every year. With out the sighting of the leopard king/Queen, the college life isn't complete.
